About the Role

As a Service Delivery Specialist, you’ll ensure the smooth operation and transformation of Suncorp’s core Policy Administration Systems. You’ll collaborate with internal and external teams, guiding best practice service management and supporting the transition to a new SaaS platform.

This role is a 3-day per week, 6-month secondment opportunity. 

What You’ll Do

• Provide subject matter expertise to optimise the operation of Policy Platform Systems, ensuring business needs are met
• Design and establish operating models for RUN operations as part of a major transformation program
• Conduct technical impact assessments and manage changes and incidents, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders
• Guide and educate operational teams (internal and partner-supplied) on best practice service management processes
• Participate in on-call roster for critical production issues, collaborating across technology and business teams

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in supporting critical business applications and infrastructure (on-premise or SaaS) for large organizations , preferably Insurance systems.
• Proven ability to establish IT RUN operating models for critical business functions
• Strong knowledge of service management processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Config, Release, etc.) and ITIL frameworks
• Experience working with both internal and external operational teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing
• ITIL v3 or v4 certification (desired)
