About the Role:

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and driving results? We’re looking for proactive, detail-oriented individuals to join our Recovery and Settlements team for a 12-month secondment. This role is open to internal candidates based in Brisbane & Melbourne only.

As a Recovery & Settlements Consultant, you’ll manage a portfolio of claims across our trusted consumer brands. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate estimating, negotiating liability, and maximising recovery and settlement outcomes—all while supporting our customers through moments that matter.

What you’ll do:

• Manage recovery and settlement workflows in a timely and efficient manner
• Identify and pursue recovery opportunities
• Negotiate win/win outcomes on settlement claims
• Provide an exceptional customer experience in every interaction
• Respond to enquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism
• Contribute to team performance and continuous improvement
