About the Role

As a Technical Business Analyst, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions that enhance customer experience across Claims & Correspondence platforms. You’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technology delivery, driving strategic outcomes in a dynamic environment.

What You’ll Do 

• Translate business vision into actionable specifications and requirements that guide delivery teams
• Champion customer-centric digital solutions by analysing and validating business processes and systems
• Facilitate workshops and solution design sessions to support Agile delivery
• Guide stakeholders through UAT and post-implementation changes to ensure successful outcomes
• Build strong relationships across Technology & Operations, corporate functions, and external vendors
• Apply analytical techniques to identify opportunities and deliver impactful solutions

What You’ll Bring

• Comparable experience of at least 3+ years in a technical role
• Experience in Agile delivery, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and ceremonies
• Previous experience working with software development teams
• Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SmartCOMM
• Strong problem-solving and solution design capabilities, with a focus on customer outcomes
