The Team
- The Service Management Practice team plays a key role in shaping and supporting IT Service Management across the organisation. We lead initiatives in Change Enablement, drive continual service improvement, and ensure the effective administration of the IT branch’s ITSM tool.
The Role
- The role delivers specialist and expert consultancy services and develops and implements feasible business solutions for a complex business activity, program or project. Within this context the role provides expert advice, implements agreed strategy and drives business results that promote continuous improvement and enhance service delivery in line with branch strategy and the Department’s broader organisational goals.
- In delivering to key business decisions, the role is responsible for the effective delivery of one or more of the following: program management; project management; policy formulation and interpretation; key stakeholder engagement and education.
- While the scope of work is defined by the operational priorities of the assigned business unit, this role works closely with the manager, across teams and the broad range of stakeholders in the delivery of accurate, reliable and targeted business outcomes to meet agreed briefs and branch service standards.

Details of Appointment
Fixed term full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from as soon as possible until 26 June 2026.

Classification:
Salary $128,102 - $134,832 per annum + 12% superannuation + access to salary packaging
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022

Appropriate tertiary qualifications in business management, ICT, information management or related discipline
