About The Opportunity
Programmed Property Services are currently seeking a HSEQ Coordinator to join our team based in Auburn, Sydney. In this role, you will oversee the health, safety, and environmental requirements across our business units in NSW and the ACT. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience across a wide range of industries, including open space, construction, and commercial painting. This role combines the best of hands-on safety management with a strategic and operational focus towards the achievement of our zero/harm values.

Key Responsibilities
-
Support the management of the HSEQ Management Systems at each of the NSW/ACT depots
-
Perform incident reporting and investigations
-
Conduct site inspections and audits
-
Administer Worker's Compensation claims
-
Provide sound HSEQ advice and support as required
-
Support the development and delivery of HSEQ information and communication
-
Delivery of inductions, training, and assessments, as required
-
Collection and collation of HSEQ data, with the ability to interpret and provide improvement recommendations
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in Occupational Health & Safety, and a natural ability to bring people together as a leader who possesses first-class stakeholder engagement and customer service skills. Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:

Tertiary qualification in Health Safety and Environment or relevant experience & qualification

Construction White Card
-
Driver’s license
-
Excellent time management, organisational and administration skills

Relationship-building skills, including the ability to partner with managers and employees
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Preferred Diploma in WHS or higher level OHS qualification
-
Training and Assessment qualification (advantageous)
