The Role

A fantastic opportunity is now available for an experienced Call Centre consultant to join our dynamic and friendly team based at Melbourne Airport.

Reporting to the Operations Centre Manager, this position:

• Responds to email/phone enquiries
• Raises work orders in Maximo & Promap systems
• Schedules and manages work orders based on priority
• Liaises with trade staff and sub-contractors to coordinate attendance to works
• Identifies work order trends
• Ensures works are completed in line with KPI’s

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience within a call centre environment, preferably from a Facility Management background
• Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Ability to multi-task through use of multiple systems tools and processes
• Exceptional people skills with an approachable nature
