A Fantastic opportunity exists for a focused, diligent, and analytical self starter to join our field based team.

Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will be accountable for assessing existing structures for known parameters and auditing the condition and scope of the work required. Using our in-house auditing software your assessment will form the basis of any work we complete- including heating, Lighting, electrical, Building weather tightness, and flooring.

The role involves a high level of attention to detail, and comprehensive written and spoken communication. 

 

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in the Building/ Facilities management industries auditing or assessing maintenance projects.
  • A strong commitment to follow management systems with good time management skills.
  • High level of written and oral communication.
  • Good numerical ability, PC literacy and excellent presentation skills.
  • Industry qualifications a bonus but not a requirement.
