The Role
An opportunity exists for a focused and energetic self-starter to join our Hamilton team as a Project Manager.
Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will be accountable for project planning, work scheduling and on site supervision of contractors. You will be a key point of contact with the client side Project Management team and the delivery of works on time with quality outcomes in a cost effective and safe manner.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this challenging but rewarding role you will require:
- Experience as a project manager in the building industry
- A keen eye for detail and a can do attitude
- A strong commitment to follow management systems with good time management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Good numerical ability, PC literacy and excellent presentation skills.
You should have a strong work ethic and possess leadership qualities in order to take part in future career advancement opportunities.
