About The Opportunity

Programmed’s Facility Management department are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team focusing on our major Housing Contract in Busselton. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a high performing team that is responsible for providing reactive, proactive, and general maintenance across the contract.

In this role, you will be responsible for successfully ensuring execution of all maintenance work control processes and the efficient and effective use of planning and scheduling to conduct maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage work priorities including developing safe and efficient work control plans
• Establish and manage plans relating to scheduled maintenance in line with contract requirements
• Oversee employees and subcontractors during site visits ensuring safe and timely completion of works
• Communicate with customers and service delivery teams on work updates
• Continuously review work status and ensure project expenditure is in line with budgets
• Assess OHS resources and requirements prior to commencement

About You

To join our team, ideally, you will ideally have previous experience in a Maintenance Supervisor role. Additionally, you will have:

• Trade Qualification highly advantageous
• Experience in the management of sub-contractors and suppliers
• Previous experience in Residential Maintenance will be highly advantageous
• Acute attention to detail and exceptional organization skills
• Highly developed stakeholder engagement ability
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
