The Role
An exciting development opportunity is now available for a Contract Analyst to join our team based in Te Rapa Hamilton, working as an integral member of our client partnership with a Government Contract.
Reporting to the Contract Manager - this challenging and hands on role is responsible for:
- Contractual Compliance with Client and Company Directives
- Supporting Trade Billing Analysis, Project closeout, and Project Financial oversight.
- Supporting Contract Manager with KPI adherence, Data Analysis of key Metrics, and subject matter expert for client software.
- Change Management including Document control, Technical writing for SOPs, rollout and training across new SOPs and procedures.
- Financial Support including Final Project Billing, Validation of correct financial details, Asbestos project financial review.
- Knowledge and understanding of IT systems in relation to job management and reporting
- Growth- Apply knowledge of the contract to advance business goals.
- Provide training, support, and direction across the contract and various roles. Implement directives team wide.
- Ability to analyze high volume data. Interpret this data and drive contract efficiency proposals.
- Anticipate and adopt innovations in business technology. Leverage the latest technology to increase contract performance.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in a Senior Analytical role.
- Strong Financial Acumen.
- Cad Drafting
- Project Estimation $100k-$1m
- Stock management (data Management)
- Change Management- recording change and developing training materials
