Programmed Facility Management has recently been awarded a new contract at Tropicana and Sunrise Dam, and we’re expanding our team to support ongoing operations.

This is a great opportunity to join during a key mobilisation phase, while working alongside an established, high-retention crew. You’ll step into a structured environment with clear processes, strong leadership, and a team that supports each other day-to-day.

Working on a 2:1 FIFO roster out of Perth, this role is suited to candidates who understand the realities of FIFO work and high-volume environments.

  • Access to employee benefits and support programs
  • Opportunities for career progression and professional development

The Opportunity

As a Kitchen Utility, you’ll play a key role in supporting the kitchen to deliver safe, clean, and efficient food service.

This is a hands-on, physically demanding role that keeps the operation running and ensuring the kitchen, equipment, and service areas are maintained to a high standard at all times.

You’ll be part of a team delivering a home away from home experience for residents on site.

  • Support the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations

About You

  • Minimum 1 year experience in FIFO kitchen, hospitality, or similar environment
  • Strong focus on cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding role (long shifts, manual handling)
