MYER is looking for a Business Services Manager who will develop and manage Myer’s Business Services Team. You will be responsible for Providing the business with technical/business process solutions within the Myer way of doing business and manage financial data processing, procure to pay, order to cash and other transactional processes of the business.

About the role:
- Continuing development of the Myer Business Services Team with a focus on providing exceptional business solutions to internal customers, and external stakeholders
- Management of key Business Service processes including procure to pay, order to cash, financial processing of supplier relationships, foreign purchasing variances, and credit card programs.
- Supports the business through processing of financial and merchandise documents including invoices, credit memos, merchandise deals and rebates.
- Seeks to eliminate cost and revenue leakage.
- Develop and maintain the highest standard of transactional processes.
- Provide timely accurate data and business solutions to internal and external customers.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage escalated queries from all stakeholders
- Ensure financial processing deadlines & accounting policies & procedures are adhered to
- Management of Myer Group Corporate Credit Card facility.
About you:
- Has led a finance shared service or transactional centre of excellence function, or is a high performing leader within a large, shared service function looking for the next step
- Demonstrable achievements in simplification of finance transactions and processes
- Exposure to best practice accounts payable processes and automation
- Experience in developing, implementing and improving transactional KPIs
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- Experience working in large scale complex business environment.
- Self-motivated, self-starter and proactive
- Passion for leading process improvement
- System/process minded – a want to learn/understand processes from start to finish, enabling provision of service to broader businesss.
