The Opportunity

Join our academic team as Lecturer or Senior Lecturer and contribute to the future of Paramedicine education. This position will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality undergraduate and/or postgraduate specialisation courses, shaping the next generation of paramedics with world-class education. In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for the development, preparation and delivery of curriculum across our undergraduate/postgraduate programs. Your work will directly impact the growth and evolution of paramedicine, contributing to both the education and practical readiness of future healthcare professionals.

In addition to teaching, you will play a key role in advancing the School's research and scholarship initiatives. Collaborating with fellow academics, you will engage in high-impact research projects that shape the future of paramedicine. This role offers the opportunity to lead research teams, contribute to the School's strategic objectives and foster strong professional connections within the broader paramedicine community. Your expertise will help drive innovation, influencing research directions and contributing to significant advancements in paramedicine education and practice.

Applicants should hold a doctoral or master's degree in Paramedicine or a closely related field, or possess equivalent professional experience. Demonstrated excellence in curriculum development, clinical practice and research is essential to thrive in this role. Strong communication and leadership abilities are equally critical, as you will be responsible for coordinating academic programs, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders and mentoring students to foster their academic and professional growth.
