Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the provisioning, maintenance, and management of a broad range of technology platforms, including Azure Infrastructure, data centre operations, and virtual desktop environments.
- Lead operational support for all technology interactions, ensuring seamless service delivery across internal teams and external partners.
- Collaborate with Solution and Enterprise Architecture teams to shape and refine technology solutions and roadmaps that align with our evolving business needs.
- Develop and execute disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure system resilience and business continuity.
- Manage and evaluate vendor performance, ensuring adherence to contracts, performance metrics, and risk management practices.
- Lead and mentor the Cloud and Infrastructure team, fostering a high-performance culture that drives productivity and innovation.
About You
- Extensive experience in cloud and infrastructure roles, with strong experience in leadership positions, guiding teams in large enterprise environments.
- You possess deep knowledge of Azure cloud implementations, Microsoft platforms, virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V), and operating systems like Windows, Linux, and Unix.
- You can develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives, with a proven ability to implement cloud FinOps strategies.
- You have strong troubleshooting skills and can navigate complex, mission-critical environments, ensuring high availability and operational stability.
- Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills allow you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
- You have extensive experience managing vendor relationships, ensuring that all contracts and service agreements meet performance and risk management criteria.
