Your Impact
In this role, you’ll support the execution of key sustainability initiatives within Procurement, contributing to Asahi’s global priorities across Human Rights, Climate Change, Circularity, and Nature. Working alongside the Regional Procurement Lead, you’ll coordinate programs, analyse data, and build connections across multiple business units to help drive sustainable procurement practices.
Your work will shape how we source, innovate, and partner with suppliers, ensuring sustainability and responsible practices are embedded at every level of our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Support strategic sustainability initiatives by conducting analysis, providing insights, and helping to develop actionable plans that align with Asahi’s sustainability roadmap
- Collaborate across teams and markets to integrate sustainability goals into procurement processes and business operations
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote alignment, innovation, and shared accountability for sustainability outcomes
- Support sustainability communications through the creation of clear, engaging updates, dashboards, and presentations for global audiences including the ELT
- Coordinate workshops and forums to embed sustainability understanding and capability within Procurement and across the business.

- Highly adaptable with the ability to engage across multiple business units and geographies
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation capability, including confidence presenting to senior and global stakeholders
- Positive, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in sustainability
- Experience working within Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related commercial function highly regarded
