Your Impact

Working within 1House, Asahi’s internal creative agency, you’ll collaborate with Art Directors, content creators and production teams to bring ideas to life — across Meta, TikTok and wherever the audience is. From concepting and pitching to execution and delivery, you’ll be part of the creative engine that keeps our brands relevant and engaging.

Social media campaigns are the bread and butter of this role. You’ll need to be borderline TikTok obsessed to keep up with such an everchanging platform. Plus, you’ll have a track record of punchy brand manifestos and idea write-ups linking to strong insights.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment — running shoots, nailing presentations and staying ahead of cultural trends. Your words will stop the scroll, drive engagement and build brand love across every platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Write with flair, strategy and impact — from casual banter to bold brand voices.
• Create ideas that live and breathe across social platforms and beyond.
• Partner with Art Directors to brainstorm, concept and pitch ideas that stand out.
• Lead shoots — scripting, storyboarding, briefing talent and shaping narratives.
• Build creative presentations that tell stories and sell ideas.
• Mentor and inspire junior writers and content creators.
• Stay on the pulse of what’s happening in culture and online communities.
• Bring energy, ideas and a proactive spirit to every project.

About You

• Proven experience of agency, in-house, or freelance.  FMCG is a bonus but not essential.
• A natural storyteller who can connect with different audiences, from everyday Aussies to niche communities.
• Energetic, dynamic and ready to make an impact — your ideas inspire action.
• In tune with cultural trends and digital conversations.
• A confident communicator, your words resonate and your ideas stick.
• Strong time management and delivery mindset; you love getting things done.
