Installation Specialist – South Australia

Your Impact

As an Installation Specialist within Asahi’s Commercial Equipment Services team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the installation and maintenance of our beverage dispense systems across South Australia, Northern Territory and Western Australia. You’ll coordinate contractors, oversee installation projects, and ensure every system meets our high standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction. This role blends hands-on site visits with project coordination, helping bring Asahi’s iconic beverage brands to life across venues and outlets.

Key Accountabilities

  • Coordinate and oversee the installation, upgrade, and refurbishment of post-mix and fountain equipment across SA/NT and WA after some initial training.
  • Manage contractors end-to-end — from scheduling and quoting through to completion and auditing of works.
  • Liaise with sales, service, and project teams to ensure installations meet time, budget, and quality requirements.
  • Conduct on-site audits, troubleshoot installation issues, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
  • Track installation progress, manage reporting, and support financial tracking for projects.
  • Support the Installation Manager by providing updates, covering during leave periods, and contributing to continuous improvement across the national team.

About You

You’re a proactive coordinator or project lead with a technical mindset and strong organisational skills. You’re comfortable managing multiple contractor jobs at once and can confidently liaise with both internal stakeholders and external partners. Whether from a trades, project management, or beverage installation background, you bring a hands-on, problem-solving approach and a commitment to quality work.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in installations, project coordination, or contractor management (ideally in beverage, trades, or technical industries).
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and time management skills.
  • Basic technical knowledge and ability to interpret drawings or specifications.
  • Sound computer literacy (SAP, Excel, or similar systems).
  • Commitment to workplace safety, compliance, and high service standards.
  • Adelaide-based, with willingness to travel regionally as required.
