Join our team at Asahi Beverages in Welshpool, WA as a Maintenance Fitter and play a key role in delivering the high-quality products our consumers love. Working with our beverage manufacturing equipment, you'll maintain machinery, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement while upholding safety and quality standards every shift.

Key Responsibilities;

• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections to maximise equipment reliability

• Respond quickly to breakdowns and troubleshoot effectively to minimise downtime

• Recommend and implement improvements to maintenance practices and processes

• Collaborate with production teams to meet targets and resolve issues efficiently

• Support safe work practices, completing risk assessments and reporting hazards

About You;

• Trade-qualified fitter with experience in FMCG, food, beverage, pharmaceutical or industrial manufacturing

• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

• Safety-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to quality standards

• Adaptable team player with a problem-solving mindset
