Your Impact

We’re looking for multiple motivated Production Operators to join our high-performing teams at our Tullamarine site. You’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly, working hands-on across our high-speed production lines.

Please note: All shifts are 12-hours. We have the following positions available:

• 1 x Monday to Wednesday Day Shift

• 1 x Monday to Wednesday Night Shift

• 1 x Thursday to Saturday Day Shift

• 1 x Thursday to Saturday Night Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring production machinery (e.g. depalletisers, fillers, carton erectors, labellers, cluster packers, palletisers)
• Performing routine cleaning, hygiene, and quality checks to maintain product standards
• Assisting with size changes and line adjustments in line with Standard Operating Procedures
• Supporting safe and efficient production by following all safety protocols and contributing to continuous improvement
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets and ensure timely supply of products

About You

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
• Ability to follow procedures and work safely in a team environment
• The ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks while maintaining quality
• Willingness to learn new equipment and processes and work across multiple machines
• A team-first mindset with the ability to work collaboratively
