Your Impact:
As Brand Manager for SOLO and SOLO Energy, you will help shape and execute the long-term brand and commercial strategy for one of Australia’s most iconic beverage brands. You’ll support brand planning, lead social and digital campaigns, execute experiential activations and sponsorships, and bring innovation to market. Working closely with cross-functional teams and agency partners, you will deliver bold, insight-led activity that drives brand momentum and commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and analyse SOLO & SOLO Energy brand performance, P&Ls, brand equity and health, identifying risks and commercial opportunities.
- Support development and execution of annual brand plans and adjust activity based on performance or contextual changes.
- Partner with Innovation to shape and deliver a strong NPD pipeline, including packaging development and artwork rollout.
- Lead development of social and digital campaigns, including briefing, creative feedback and agency management.
- Execute experiential activations, sponsorship activity and shopper plans, working closely with agencies and Shopper Marketing.
- Deliver NPD launches across key retailers, including KV development and integrated instore/online activation.
- Lead cross-functional brand projects through Gensight, managing scope, stakeholders, timelines and communication.
- Present brand plans and updates to customers as part of range review activity.
About You:
- You have experience working with brands and are ready for a step that gives you ownership across an iconic portfolio.
- You bring strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret brand performance, equity measures and P&Ls.
- You understand market, consumer and shopper trends and how they shape brand strategy and activation.
- You are confident in creative development, social/digital content, and managing agency partners.
- You have experience delivering integrated brand and channel plans that drive commercial outcomes.
- You are a strong communicator with stakeholder management capability across cross-functional teams.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects and deliver to deadlines.
- You bring a hands-on, positive approach and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
