Are you a finance leader with a passion for driving operational excellence and elevating intercompany processes? We are seeking a Finance Manager – Intercompany Champion to lead and drive an efficient and effective intercompany function. This is your chance to lead with impact in a collaborative, high-performing and dynamic environment. 

 

 

You will ensure accurate and timely intercompany performance reporting, and continuous improvement through service optimisation, automation, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll play a vital role in reconciling across many business relationships and investigating mismatches.  There will also be some responsibility to facilitate the harmonising of processes across our business in relation to Intercompany transactions, ensuring operational excellence and alignment under our One Asahi vision.

 

 

About the Role

 

 

  • Lead onshore and offshore finance teams to deliver accurate and fully reconciled month-end intercompany results
  • Define and enhance intercompany processes with strong governance and controls, ensuring efficiency and consistency across the business
  • Champion operational excellence through process re-engineering, automation, and RPA. Lead change management initiatives that drive performance and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Oversee operational process including pricing, AP and AR relationships, and non-trade intercompany transactions—ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment across entities

 

 

About You

 

 

  • CA / CPA qualification with proven experience in management accounting roles, experience within a Business Services function is highly advantageous
  • Proven ability to manage complex processes in an outsourced environment and deliver continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of financial controls, regulatory compliance, and intercompany pricing, AP/AR, and non-trade transactions.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Collaborative, inquisitive and continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated success in leveraging technology to enhance performance and streamline finance operations.
