About the position
The Coordinator, Programs and Campaigns will be responsible for the design and delivery of high-quality prevention and health promotion initiatives as set out in university action plans including the Sexual Harm Prevention and Response Action Plan, Anti-Racism Action Plan and Universal Design and Inclusion Action Plan. The role will also contribute to programs and campaigns aligned with prevention and inclusion priority areas including LGBTIQA+ Inclusion and Mental Health Promotion.
The Coordinator will work throughout the project cycle to deliver social change projects, applying health promotion theory and practice. This includes the development of project plans, implementation of projects and conducting quality monitoring and evaluation. 
 
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this position, you will have
 
• Degree in health promotion, public health, social marketing, health education or social sciences with subsequent relevant experience to consolidate the theories and principles learned, or extensive experience, leading to either the development of specialist expertise or to the development of broad knowledge in an administrative field, or an equivalent alternate combination of relevant knowledge, training and/or experience.  
• Demonstrated ability to set priorities and monitor workflows within own area of responsibility
• Demonstrated capacity to organise work effectively and efficiently and deliver outputs in a timely manner.
• Demonstrated experience managing the activities of self and/or others including coaching, motivation and performance management.
