Reporting to the Associate Director, Advancement Data and Systems, the position of Coordinator, Advancement Data and Systems, provides a coordinated approach to the use of Alumni and Advancement Office systems, the Blackbaud CRM and Blackbaud Internet Solution (BBIS) to deliver a pipeline of data related service requests to the wider Advancement team, enabling the University’s philanthropic, alumni and stakeholder engagement strategies.
This position demands a strong commitment to providing high quality customer service to all stakeholders and is the first line support for technical issues and day- to-day database administration for all activity managed by the LTA.
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess advanced computer literacy, particularly in the use of relational databases such as Blackbaud CRM, and demonstrate strong skills with the Microsoft Office suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint. They should have experience managing and manipulating large datasets for data augmentation and reporting, proven analytical and problem-solving abilities in database support roles, significant expertise in database administration, and the capacity to effectively set priorities and monitor workflows within their area of responsibility.
