About the position

- Base salary from $93,874 + 17% superannuation
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Alumni Engagement, the position assists with organizing events, coordinating communications, engaging volunteers, and fostering alumni participation in strategic initiatives such as mentoring and student recruitment. The position also collaborates with internal stakeholders, manages administrative tasks for alumni events, and maintains records to support data reporting and program evaluation.
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess demonstrated experience in event coordination, stakeholder engagement, and communications, preferably within higher education or not-for-profit sectors. Strong interpersonal and organisational skills are essential for building relationships with alumni and colleagues, working effectively with volunteers, and supporting the planning and delivery of alumni programs. Proficiency with CRM systems and event management tools, along with a proactive and detail-oriented approach, will enable effective management of multiple tasks and adaptation to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
