About the position

Reporting to the Manager, Advancement Communication, this position creates and manages alumni-focused content that strengthens engagement across the University’s global alumni community.

With a focus on storytelling, the position highlights alumni achievements and impact through key channels including email, the alumni website, and social media.  Responsibilities include content development, publishing, scheduling, and channel management to ensure consistent, high-quality communication aligned with Advancement priorities.

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven commitment to customer service and a solutions-focused mindset. They should demonstrate excellent copywriting abilities that can be tailored to diverse channels and audiences, alongside practical experience in leveraging social media for business purposes and managing online communities, especially on platforms like LinkedIn.
