We have an 6 month contract opportunity for a new Marketing Manager to join our awesome Marketing team, base in our Cremorne Head Office and reporting directly to our Sussan Managing Director.
You will be responsible for the design and production of all Marketing for the promotion of the brand across all media channels, digital, stores and internal/external communications.
Working with the leadership team and GM, you will develop and implement the strategic direction and plan for the Sussan brand as well as manage the post-production of all creative work and in-house creative.
As a true brand custodian, you will be responsible for how the brand shows up through all internal and external communications across all channels.
Your day to day will include:

Support the General Manager with the creative direction of the brand

Effectively manage and coordinate all advertising and marketing photography

Lead and manage the Marketing team of 3

Coordinate photo shoots; demonstrate an understanding of the creative process

Provide feedback to Digital Team on all creative for the Sussan site

Lead and manage social content strategy and execution

PR & Media Relations; accountable to develop brand & channel appropriate content for social media

Manage strategic PR opportunities with PR agency

Influence and coach other business functions to ensure all assets and comms are showing up in alignment with Brand

Lead the VIP & CRM strategy across the Brand

Drive the Sussan VIP program campaigns and VIP customer communication

Manage Sussan marketing budget

Build effective relationships with both internal/external stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you must have:

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communication or relevant field is desirable

Proven experience in digital marketing strategic development

Previous Leadership capabilities and People Management skills

Demonstrated experience managing teams, agencies to deliver best in class communication campaigns
