What you’ll do
- As an integral member of our Product & Digital Design team, in your role as a UX Designer, your primary responsibility will involve crafting digital interfaces that prioritize simplicity, ease of use, enjoyment, and safety for our valued customers.
- Drive UX strategy within cross functional scrum team/s, working in partnership with Digital Product Owners and Tech team.
- Navigate customer and commercial outcomes and trade offs effectively through voice of customer insights and data.
- Bring a contemporary skill set in UX and Digital Design.
- Work with other experience Design professionals to design and validate ideas with customers and other stakeholders.
- Create lightweight prototypes to enable rapid user feedback cycles.
- Create customer journeys to optimise customer experience or new growth opportunity.
- Constantly update your technical knowledge and skills and driving lessons learned to other team members.
What you’ll bring
- Demonstrated experience as a UX professional in a digitally led business.
- Experience in driving digital adoption in a sales, conversion and / or service context.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, collaborative, cross-functional team
- Experience in driving and influencing improvements in the digital customer experience.
- Working knowledge of industry standard design tools and collaboration platforms such as Figma, Figjam and ZeroHeight
- Understand W3C accessibility standards as well as browser-specific bugs and variations.
- Deep knowledge of design patterns and best practices in user experience design.
- Deep knowledge of Agile and design thinking approaches.
