We’re on the hunt for a Customer Contact Strategy Manager – CRM, to lead the charge on implementing reactivation and retention strategies that power our digital growth.

This 12-month maternity leave contract is a rare opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end customer contact campaigns across digital 1:1 channels, focusing on re-engaging customers, increasing retention, and boosting digital market share. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Data, Legal, Brand, and more to deliver seamless customer experiences that drive real results.

 

What you’ll do

  • Design and deliver cutting-edge contact strategies across 1:1, web, and app channels to drive retention and reactivation
  • Leverage data and insights to guide strategy, create content, and shape customer experiences
  • Own and optimise customer segmentation, personalisation, and campaign testing to maximise impact and ROI
  • Collaborate to deliver value-focused initiatives that drive commercial outcomes
  • Act as a connector and influencer, working across teams to align business and marketing strategies
  • Continuously improve the effectiveness of customer journeys, removing friction and enhancing digital engagement
  • Ensure compliance and best practice in all outbound activity
  • Present campaign results and insights to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence

 

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing within multi-channel environments, with strong knowledge of email, SMS, push, and web/app engagement
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer journey mapping, CRM strategy, and lifecycle marketing, underpinned by data analytics and segmentation
  • A strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder management skills and the agility to adapt in a dynamic, regulated environment
  • Understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g. Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and campaign personalisation techniques
  • Proven ability to deliver test-and-learn strategies, optimise campaign performance, and adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of executing high-impact campaigns in regulated industries
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related field, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
