In this unique and hands-on role, you’ll help safeguard Tabcorp’s reputation and integrity through on-the-ground monitoring and compliance reviews across our TAB network.
This is not your typical desk-based role — you’ll be out in the field conducting reviews, monitoring compliance, detecting irregularities, and supporting investigations to ensure our retail operations adhere to internal policies, rules and regulatory obligations.

- Monitor key network metrics and respond to anomalies
- Recommend improvements to retail compliance and operational practices
- Attend incidents to represent Tabcorp’s interests on site
- Prepare clear and professional reports and follow through on issues identified
What you'll bring
You’re a proactive, highly ethical professional with a sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of accountability. You’re comfortable working autonomously and travelling regularly to venues. You bring sound judgement, confidence in handling sensitive situations, and a genuine commitment to ensuring integrity in retail operations.
You’ll also bring:
- Proven experience in cash handling and reconciliation, ideally in a regulated environment (retail, hospitality, financial services or similar)
- Experience in TAB would be advantageous but is not essential
- High level of integrity and independence when conducting reviews
- Ability to manage sensitive and sometimes confrontational situations with professionalism
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong planning, organisation and prioritisation abilities
- A current Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel regularly and work on a rotating roster (including weekends where required)

- Diverse leave options: bonus leave of 5 days annually, cultural, volunteer, and 18-weeks parental leave.
- Access to corporate discounts and our leading health and wellbeing app.
- Monthly employee social activities, competitions, awards and free tickets to events.
