Sky Racing delivers live racing and sports content to domestic and global audiences, with a growing digital and sports portfolio. The Digital OTT Operations team ensures seamless presentation and monitoring of all digital platforms, providing high-quality streams for every customer. You’ll work closely with Digital, Production, Technical, Talent, and Support teams to deliver world-class live broadcasts.
About the Role
As an OTT Operator, you will manage the day-to-day operation of Sky Racing Active and Sky’s digital streaming assets, including customer-centric and international feeds. You will oversee live productions from planning through execution, ensuring accuracy, quality, and a seamless viewing experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate all live digital streaming channels, ensuring high-quality and accurate vision
- Verify setups, schedules, audio, and switch times are correct for all feeds
- Oversee live enhanced productions from planning to execution
- Liaise with technical, production, and support teams to resolve issues
- Report and escalate operational issues promptly to maintain zero-error standards
- Support bespoke live productions and adapt channel setups as needed during shifts

Experience & Qualifications
- Knowledge of racing is an advantage
- Interest in broadcast operations and digital streaming systems
- Proficiency in understanding technical concepts and workflows
