About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Learning Management System (LMS) professional who’s passionate about enabling great learning experiences through smart systems and data-driven insights. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the management, administration and continuous improvement of our Retail Learning Management System (LMS) — ensuring our Retail Agencies and Venues have the tools and training they need to deliver exceptional results.

As the Retail Systems & LMS Lead, you’ll be the go-to expert overseeing LMS operations, integrations, and enhancements, while leading reporting strategies that meet regulatory obligations and drive training completion. You’ll also support and optimise other retail systems to ensure alignment with broader business objectives.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and enhance the LMS to deliver seamless learning experiences across the retail network
  • Partner with external vendors and internal teams to oversee system performance, upgrades, and enhancements
  • Lead the development and implementation of reporting strategies that support compliance and training completion
  • Ensure system integrity, data accuracy, and privacy controls across all retail learning platforms
  • Provide second-tier LMS support and troubleshoot system issues with a customer-first mindset
  • Educate and upskill others on LMS functionality and updates through clear communication and training sessions
  • Identify and implement automation or platform improvements that streamline retail operations

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in a Training, LMS Administration, or Systems role
  • A qualification in Information Technology, Learning & Development, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience working within highly regulated industries
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, including advanced Excel skills
  • A proactive, systems-focused mindset with a knack for problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to stakeholder management

What you’ll get

  • A variety of leave types including cultural leave, volunteer leave, flexi leave and 18 weeks' parental leave for all new parents
  • Social clubs, live sport and racing action everywhere you look, staff competitions, awards, and free tickets to events
  • Organised motivational, educational, and informative speakers and sessions
  • Access to a comprehensive health and wellbeing app and our Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • A dedicated learning platform with cutting edge modules designed to help you consistently upskill and perform at your peak
  • Commitment to Inclusion and Diversity with annual Inclusion Month celebrations and our Gender Affirmation Statement of Support
