About the Role

As an Investigations Analyst, you’ll help safeguard Tabcorp’s integrity by turning data into insight. You’ll support our Investigations Team, combine analytical skills with sound judgment, and play a key role in identifying emerging issues before they become risks. This is an impactful role where your work will directly contribute to maintaining trust in Tabcorp. You will:

• Support investigators with high-quality data analysis and case management system inputs
• Identify trends, anomalies and emerging risks through proactive reporting and dashboards
• Assist on wagering integrity matters by responding to requests from sporting bodies
• Improve data accuracy, structure, and governance to uplift investigative capability
• Help translate stakeholder requests into actionable insights and clear reporting
• Recommend improvements to data processes and technology that strengthen integrity

About You

You’re naturally curious and someone who enjoys solving problems, spotting patterns, and turning complex information into clarity. You’ll also bring:

• Experience in data analytics, investigations, intelligence or a related field
• Proficiency with analytical tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, etc.)
• Strong communication skills — confident presenting insights to stakeholders
• Collaborative and adaptable approach with strong attention to detail
• Commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and working with professionalism
• An understanding of risk, compliance or regulatory environments (highly regarded)

Experience with sporting integrity, wagering, or gambling environments would be an advantage — but not essential.
