We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Management Accountant to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial success of our organization while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. 

Your day will involve:    

  • Lead the development and management of comprehensive budgets and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making. 
  • Ensure the timely and accurate completion of month-end activities, including financial reporting, reconciliations and analysis. 
  • Perform detailed variance analysis to identify key drivers of financial performance and provide insights to stakeholders. 
  • Utilize financial data and analysis to provide valuable business insights and support decision-making at all levels of the organization. 
  • Monitor and manage working capital to optimize cash flow and support business operations effectively. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and drive cost-saving initiatives and programs throughout the organization. 
  • Engage in transactional and commercial finance activities, including financial planning and analysis tasks, to support business objectives with key internal stakeholders 
  • Apply knowledge and experience in supply chain and logistics to financial analysis and decision-making processes. 

What are we looking for?    

  • University degree and CA or CPA qualified with a minimum of 3 years accounting experience 
  • Customer service delivery experience, with proven customer relationship management skills 
  • Advanced MS Excel and exposure to Oracle ERP (desired)  
  • Knowledge of and mid-level skills in MS Word and BI tools (e.g., Tableau) 
  • Experience in Manufacturing, preferably heavy industry 
  • Driven to achieve excellence and pursue professional growth opportunities 
  • Willingness and ability to work in a demanding, constantly changing environment 
  • Committed to maintaining a safe and secure work environment for all team members 
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
