Do you pride yourself on being a reliable, driven and self-motivated individual? Then we want YOU to join our Customer Service team based in our Concrete Contact Centre at North Ryde on a Permanent Full-Time basis!

We are seeking multiple Customer Solution Agents to provide support for our customers in relation to orders and general inquiries. In this opportunity, you will work off a monthly roster with shifts ranging between 6am- 6pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays on rotation as overtime.  

 

Your day will involve; 

  • Receive orders and enter them into our systems in a precise and agile manner (with training provided) 
  • Understand production capabilities of the Boral plant and truck network
  • Monitor progress of deliveries and provide delivery status information to the customer, using vehicle tracking systems 
  • Build professional relationships with customers and internal teams.
