Boral is seeking a proactive individual with a 'can do' attitude to join our Contact Centre team as a Concrete Allocator based in our Milton office. Reporting to the Allocations Team Lead, you will be responsible for scheduling products to meet customer needs at the lowest cost.
You must be available to work between our operating hours of 5:30am – 4:45pm Monday to Friday and a rotating Saturday from 5:30am - 12pm.
Your day will involve:
- Identify and deliver flexible, effective allocation models and service opportunities
- Develop and foster effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure timely and accurate communications to exceed customer expectations
- Forward planning to provide efficient and effective logistics and resource allocation
- Facilitate effective order fulfilment to maximise volume, profitability and customer service
What are we looking for?
- Strong customer centric focus
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail
- Good knowledge of Brisbane metropolitan geographical area.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
