In light of our sustained business expansion, an exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Engineer to join our accomplished team in Seven Hills, NSW 2147.

Under the guidance of the Area Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of bituminous surfacing projects. Join us in contributing to our high-performance culture.

Your day will involve:

• Lead the HSEQ aspects of surfacing projects
• Optimising business financial outcomes through effective planning, programming and delivery of projects
• Effective management of business assets
• Develop strong industry knowledge, including advancing technologies and practises  
• Growing the market in targeted areas through focused customer engagement and exceeding client expectations
• Develop strong internal relationships through collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders across various regions to ensure best for business outcomes

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience in a similar Project Engineer role, ideally within the Civil, Construction or Contracting industries
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project/Construction Management (or other relevant field)
• Contractor management experience
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines
• Knowledge and understanding of project management methodology
• Demonstrated ability to develop effective working relationships with all people, and to lead and influence people
• A strong commitment to safety and the environment along with a superior customer focus
