We’re looking for a motivated and safety-focused Supervisor to join our team at Boral’s Salisbury Recycling/Quarry site. In this role, you’ll support the Site Manager in overseeing daily quarry operations, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and legislative requirements. You’ll play a key role in Drill & Blast activities while optimising material quality and cost effectiveness, and you’ll help drive site performance, service, and profitability.

Your day will involve: 

• Leading safety, quality, and environmental compliance on site.
• Supporting the Site Manager with production planning, load/haul activities, and reporting.
• Coordinating Drill & Blast activities and ensuring compliance with shotfiring standards.
• Overseeing laboratory technician activities to meet material specifications.
• Planning and coordinating site maintenance for efficient and safe operations.
• Preparing daily briefs, weekly reports, and maintaining accurate records.
• Promoting teamwork and continuous improvement across the Salisbury site.

What are we looking for? 

• Current Drill & Blast and Shotfirer tickets (essential).
• Experience in mobile plant operation (sales loader experience desirable)
• Supervisory experience in quarrying, mining, or heavy industry.
• Sound numeracy, computer literacy, and data reporting skills.
• Strong problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
• Commitment to teamwork, accountability, and respect.
