The Learning Specialist provides critical support with the daily operations to the Talent and Capability Team. This role is based in North Ryde and is a 13 month fixed term contract. Responsible for the coordination of Leadership and Talent programs across Boral, the Learning Specialist acts as a liaison officer between external vendors and internal managers to ensure a seamless learning experience is maintained.

The Learning Specialist is responsible for providing administrative support such as managing inboxes and uploading of training records into Boral’s Learning Management System, My Learning Space, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in Boral.

Your day will involve:

• Scheduling of Learning and Talent Programs to support white and blue-collar workforce
• Scheduling and managing of logistics supporting Learning and Talent Programs
• Uploading of training records into Learning Management System
• Managing and responding to internal and external customer queries in Learning inbox
• Key liaison with the business for all learning programs
• Regular and ad-hoc reporting from the Learning Management System to support business line reporting
• Coordination of all learning programs with vendors, stakeholders and the business

What are we looking for?

• Experience in coordinating learning programs ideally
• Experience in working in a fast-paced customer focused role engaging with a range of stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy when performing tasks
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (iOracle) ideally
• Intermediate excel skills for creating and managing of reports.
