Your next opportunity:
Boral is looking for a self-motivated and detail orientated Weighbridge Operator to join the Orange Grove Quarry team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the automated weighbridges, ensuring accurate weighing and recording of all incoming and outgoing vehicles.
Your day will involve:

Managing a computerized weighbridge and associated control of traffic

Processing incoming and outgoing truck tickets and handle transaction payments

Promoting and support site safety, quality and continuous improvement

Ensuring compliance with Chain of Responsibility

Communicating professionally with drivers, contractors, and customers

Providing new drivers with site inductions

Managing emails, phone and two-way radio communication effectively

Site administration duties as directed
What are we looking for?
- Experience in weighbridge operations and administration;
- Self-motivated with a strong commitment to safety and quality;
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and,

Advanced computer skills along with well-developed organisation skills.
