We’re looking for a Sales Effectiveness Coordinator to join our Commercial Pricing and Analytics team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on data, process improvement, and supporting high-performing sales teams.
What you’ll be doing:
- Creating and distributing weekly sales activity reports
- Administering Salesforce CRM updates and user changes
- Tracking progress on volume and price improvement actions
- Supporting the rollout of new sales processes and initiatives
- Coordinating internal sales training sessions and tracking attendance
- Developing and maintaining sales process documentation
- Analysing sales pipeline and conversion data to identify opportunities
- Reducing price validation changes and customer disputes
What we’re looking for:
- Detail-oriented and analytical, with a passion for process improvement
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce experience highly regarded)
- Comfortable working with data and reporting tools
- A strong communicator and team player
- Organised and proactive in managing multiple priorities
