We’re looking for a Sales Effectiveness Coordinator to join our Commercial Pricing and Analytics team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on data, process improvement, and supporting high-performing sales teams.
 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Creating and distributing weekly sales activity reports
  • Administering Salesforce CRM updates and user changes
  • Tracking progress on volume and price improvement actions
  • Supporting the rollout of new sales processes and initiatives
  • Coordinating internal sales training sessions and tracking attendance
  • Developing and maintaining sales process documentation
  • Analysing sales pipeline and conversion data to identify opportunities
  • Reducing price validation changes and customer disputes

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Detail-oriented and analytical, with a passion for process improvement
  • Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce experience highly regarded)
  • Comfortable working with data and reporting tools
  • A strong communicator and team player
  • Organised and proactive in managing multiple priorities
