Your Next Opportunity:

Reporting to the Quarry Manager we are seeking a skilled plant operator with experience operating Loaders and other HME’s, along with Weighbridge Operation experience, who will undertake both weighbridge operation duties and administration tasks as required.

This role is required to ensure coverage across the quarry and provide support with admin duties when operating the weighbridge.

Your Day Will Involve:

• Weighbridge operation including the ticketing of incoming and outgoing trucks
• Organisation and allocation of carters for product sales
• Experience operating HME’s within a quarry or Civil environment
• Manage reception at the quarry office including meet and greet, site inductions, couriers and mail handling
• Raising purchase orders, work orders, compiling spreadsheets and reports and processing dockets
• Active participation in problem solving and continuous improvement activities
• Participation in safety initiatives including pre-starts, toolboxes and incident reporting

What we are looking for:

• Experience in Plant Operation of Loaders, Trucks, Excavators etc.
• Experience operating a weighbridge
• Experience with admin duties
• Quarry experience highly regarded, but not essential
• Self-motivated with a strong commitment to safety and quality
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team with minimal supervision
