We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join Boral Cement’s Marulan mining operation. Reporting to the Site Nominated Electrical Engineer, you will primarily focus on the completion of repair and maintenance electrical work in line with operations and the required performance standards. 

Your day will involve:

• Complete preventative maintenance tasks in an accurate and timely manner
• Planning, programming and arranging electrical maintenance tasks
• Carry out repairs and upgrades to plant and equipment
• Carry out wiring and equipment installations to Australian Standards and site requirements
• Safely manage breakdowns and make necessary repairs to accepted site standards

What are we looking for?

• Industrial experience is essential preferably within a manufacturing plant or mine site
• A strong desire to work within a dynamic and safety focussed electrical team
• Electrical trade certificate, electrical supervisors license or similar
• Strong communication skills and a team player attitude
• Experience in motor and control systems
