Are you ready for your next big opportunity in logistics? We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Allocator to join our dynamic team at Boral Cement. Based at our North Ryde office, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient cement deliveries across NSW — working with a fleet of over 130 trucks! Your day will involve:
- Manage and process customer orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Coordinate and allocate delivery schedules based on driver and truck availability
- Use advanced systems to track stock, dispatch loads, and monitor truck movements
- Communicate with internal teams (production, sales, technical, transport) to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Provide delivery updates and solutions to customers using our truck tracking systems.
What are we looking for?
- A strong team player with top-notch communication and customer service skills
- A fast thinker with strong problem-solving and planning abilities
- Comfortable working with computer systems and digital tools
- Experience in logistics, allocations or freight
- Knowledge of NHVR fatigue management — training provided if not!
