Lead our internal sales team to manage customer accounts and key relationships to deliver superior service and performance.

We are looking for a sales focused individual with hunter instincts to join Boral's growing Concrete division based in our North Ryde office.  

Your day will involve: 

• Oversee and manage the internal sales team  
• Develop new business opportunities and grow the existing business 
• Your team will offer sales support / administration to the external sales team and account managers. You will work closely to support market share growth.
• Set and monitor KPI's and sales targets for the team
• Foster a team environment with a continuous improvement culture  

What are we looking for? 

• Demonstrated leadership experience working within a sales position  
• Experience in the concrete or construction industry is preferred  
• Well-developed verbal communication skills & strong stakeholder management skills
• Sales systems experience (Salesforce, CRM, Command)
• Highly customer focused
• Personal drive and results-orientation 
• Strong focus on exceeding set KPIs
