Based at our Bulleen Concrete plant, we have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Front-End Loader operator, to join our high performing and committed team as a Plant Operator.

As a Front End Loader operator, you will be at the heart of our concrete production processes, ensuring that concrete is produced to a high standard, and that the production runs smoothly & efficiently. primarily operating the Front End Loader, you'll be responsible for ensuring to maintain it, monitor production metrics, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

The Operator must be prepared to work a rotating roster comprising of days, nights and weekend shift work.

Your Day will involve:

• Operating front-end loaders to weigh and load materials.
• Accurate batching of concrete orders using advanced systems.
• Managing daily administration, including stock control and reporting.
• Inspecting and maintaining plant equipment and trucks.
• General housekeeping and maintaining a safe work environment.
