An exciting opportunity to support and lead the NSW Admin Hub as the Administration Supervisor. As the new lead you will ensure relevant business critical processes for Boral are completed across several business units including Raw Material, Cash Collection, Docketing, Carter/Fleet and Disputes. As the Team Lead you will contribute to Boral’s continuous improvement initiatives by being a pivotal player in the design, business preparedness and roll out of transformation initiative.

Your day will involve:

  • Manage and oversee the NSW Sales Support Hub (credit disputes and cash sale reconciliation), NSW Carter Support hub (carter payments and payment disputes) and NSW Raw Materials hub.
  • Strong execution and delivery on SLAs to business-critical administration tasks – such as invoicing, requests for credit and carter payments.
  • Supervise a team of 14 over 8 distinct workflows.
  • Dispute reporting for business units.
  • Monitor workloads to ensure SLAs are met, and businesses units are meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborate with other functions to deliver regional outcomes.
  • Work to ensure compliance with audit frameworks and complete any identified audit actions on time.
  • Lead and coordinate multiple standardisation activities – specifically targeted at aligning processes across NSW and relevant product lines to ensure successful deployment of new systems.
  • Build and strengthen capability and succession planning within the team to ensure continued and consistent customer experience development and communication.
  • Work across a wide and deep stakeholder group throughout Boral to build co-operative strategies to increase and align overall internal and external experience.
  • Process development and continual review/improvement.

  • Demonstrated experience in collaborative and iterative process improvement and standardisation to create opportunities to leverage national scale and simplification that improves customer and business outcomes.
  • Leadership of teams creating customer and process focused improvement.
  • Presentation and collaboration skills to build strategic and tactical consensus within different departments.
  • Ability to manage and collaborate with multiple levels of stakeholders with conflicting deadlines or requirements.
  • Strong people and communication skills – competent in communicating complex problems simply and clearly.
  • Demonstrated experience in transformative leadership – can navigate through uncertain, unclear challenges across multiple levels of the organisation.
