We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail‑driven Administration Officer to support key administrative processes, including Accounts Payable, plant and supplier coordination. This role suits someone who enjoys getting the details right, can manage a high‑volume workload and plays well as part of a collaborative team.
Your day will involve:
- Process and verify supplier invoices, supporting Accounts Payable workflows
- Enter and maintain high‑volume, accurate data across multiple systems
- Liaise with plant teams to resolve discrepancies, gather information and support daily operations
- Communicate with suppliers to follow up queries, documentation and invoice issues
- Ensure documentation is processed accurately and on time
- Work closely with the team to maintain streamlined, reliable operational support
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Accounts Payable or financial data entry
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills in a fast‑paced environment
- Confidence working across multiple systems, finance tools and platforms
- A collaborative team mindset with clear, professional communication skills
