We are looking for a sales focused individual with hunter instincts to join Boral's growing Concrete division based in our Milton office.  

In this role you will, lead our internal sales team to manage customer accounts and key relationships to deliver superior service and performance.

Your day will involve:

• Oversee and manage the internal sales team 
• Develop new business opportunities and grow the existing business 
• Set and monitor KPI's and sales targets for the team
• Coach the team on both sales skills and software
• Foster a team environment with a continuous improvement culture

What are we looking for?

• Demonstrated leadership experience working within a sales position 
• Experience in the concrete or construction industry is preferred 
• Well-developed verbal communication skills & strong stakeholder management skills
• Sales systems experience (Salesforce, Oracle, Command)
• Highly customer focused
• Personal drive and results-orientation
• Strong focus on exceeding set KPIs
