We have a great opportunity for an Asphalt Crew Member to join our team in Carrington.

In this role, you’ll be involved in road surfacing projects, operating mobile construction equipment and carrying out a variety of general labouring tasks.

Your day will involve: 

• Contribute to all crew tasks as necessary to deliver a quality product in a safe environment
• Safely and efficiently operate asphalt mobile plant equipment
• Maintain company trucks and plant equipment
• Participate in site safety and business improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Boral OH&S policies, meeting safety and environmental standards
• maintenance

What are we looking for? 

• Experience in asphalt road surfacing (preferred)
• Strong commitment to safety and the environment with a superior customer focus
• General Construction Induction Card
• Current Heavy Vehicle driver's license (HR) or Mobile Equipment National Competency (highly regarded)
• Proven ability to work well within a team environment
• Available to work from Monday to Sunday and nights as required
