Your next opportunity:

Fixed Term (13 months) Financial Planning and Analysis Manager position is based in North Ryde.

This key position provides commercial support to Regional Heads of Finance, Commercial Finance Managers and the Executive Leadership Team.

Your day will involve:

• Accept and carry out responsibilities in accordance with the relevant Boral WHS system. Maintaining and promoting a healthy working environment and ensuring adherence to Boral Australia policies, particularly safety, health and well-being. 
• Provide ongoing financial and commercial support to Heads of Finance, Commercial Finance Managers, and other key stakeholders including CFO/CEO.
• Provide national analysis for monthly operations and finance reports.
• Prepare financial reports for the Board, including monthly results, forecast and budget.
• Assist in leading annual budgets and forecasts.
• Drive standardisation across the operational businesses and deliver projects to enhance performance reporting, working with financial reporting team and other operational stakeholders.
• Drive KPI reporting, variance analysis, working with overhead and operations to develop actions for improvement and follow up to ensure actions complete.
• Undertake continuous improvement projects.
